New Reporting: Contacts Performance

The new Contacts Performance Report offers aggregated data on contacts and insights into the tags, or sources applied to them.


Tagging is a quick and flexibile method to add information to contacts without needing to create additional fields in your Student Information System (SIS).


Examples of tags include secondary touches or sources for prospective students, such as event registrations and attendance, as well as lead sources from digital advertising.


With the new Contacts Performance Report, you will be able to:

  • View Contact Performance by tag

  • View percentage growth for Contacts over a period of time

  • View the top five tags over a period of time

  • Export your data into a PDF

Access the Contacts Performance Report in the left panel by clicking Reports, then Contacts, and then Contacts Performance.
